Cancel and Refunds Policy

Use of your account represents seal breakage of the software and therefore your software subscription to our database Refunds will only be given if you have not used your account.

To cancel your order with Al Arabiya Jobs all you need to do is contact us   with your order details, or telephone us with your order details, or fax us with your order details within 7 (seven) days of placing your order.

Before we cancel your order we will contact you at the email address we have on record for you with a reference number and ask you to confirm that you are canceling your order.

It is important that you reply to the email that we send and quote the appropriate reference number. If you don't reply to this email, or quote an incorrect reference number, we will not cancel the account and assume that the cancellation request was faked and not sent by you.

All cancellations will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receiving them. This means that we will send our cancellation confirmation email to you, at the email address we have on record, within 24 hours. If you have not received a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours please re-send it. If you still do not receive a cancellation confirmation email your emails, or our replies, are not being delivered for some reason. In these circumstances, please telephone us or fax us.

The 7-day notice period for cancellations will start from the moment we receive confirmation from you quoting the appropriate reference number.
