Our Client is looking for a Site Quality Control Engineer to join their award winning Kuwaiti office. Our Client is a regional Architectural and Engineering firm, working on many prestigious projects across the GCC. Their work is some of the most iconic in the region, setting the industry standard.
Looking for dynamic and proactive personnel with valuable QA/QC site experience in the construction field, along with contractual background. To expedite resolution of all technical QAQC issues affecting the Works and facilitate uninterrupted flow of technical information and submittals enabling on-site and off-site production. Act as a liaison between technical teams to ensure regular progress of the works on site. Provide proactive input into the Works by translating planning reports and projections into actionable tasks and deliverables. Focus technical teams to critical path activities and quick wins for project recovery and delay mitigation.
- Degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised international university.
- 12+ Years of experience and must have experience in the Region.
- PMP Certified
- Extensive experience in Healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of Contract Documents, FIDIC is a bonus
- Must have site experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communicator and personality.
- Attend site meetings with clients, contractors and suppliers.
